My practice blends ancestral Mexican healing traditions with modern trauma-informed care to offer deep, lasting transformation. Rooted in sacred ceremony and guided by intuition, I help high-functioning adults heal anxiety, depression, and inner child wounds through psilocybin-assisted therapy, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. With over 15 years of experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist and trauma specialist, I offer a safe, grounded, and compassionate space where clients can reconnect with their true selves. The Process

Clients begin with an intake call to assess readiness and alignment. After screening for safety, we schedule a prep session to set intentions.

The 6-8 hour psilocybin-assisted ceremony follows, held in a sacred, supportive space

Afterward, clients receive guided integration to help process insights, release patterns, and apply changes in daily life.
