Working with medicinal mushrooms, adaptogenic herbs and super berries, our blends and recipes are based on traditional combinations of herbs and foods used in Asian cuisine for thousands of years. They provide a versatile and delicious way to supplement wellbeing and help the body and mind adapt to change.
Based in West Cork, we run a Tui Na bodywork clinic and Qigong school as well as training programmes in Chinese nutritional therapy. Nourishing Life Botanicals is inspired by our lifelong love of good food and our immersion in the world of Chinese medicine and the art of Yang Sheng. We are passionate about creating products and recipe ideas which harness the power of Chinese herbs and medicinal mushrooms and bring them to your table.
