The Four Keys Practitioner Certification Program is a year-long mentorship and training pathway designed for individuals who wish to deeply embody and ethically facilitate the Four Keys® system within their own communities, coaching practices, or leadership environments. This program moves beyond foundational education and focuses on application, facilitation skill, and long-term integration. Participants receive structured training in the Four Keys framework alongside direct mentorship, experiential learning, and guided practice in working with individuals and groups. Over the course of twelve months, students engage in a layered training process that includes personal integration, archetypal and directional mapping, nervous-system-informed facilitation, and community leadership skills. The curriculum integrates the Diamond Island methodology, Medicine Wheel orientation, archetypal mapping, Talking Stick Circle facilitation, and the 13 Moons system, which introduces cyclical and seasonal frameworks for guiding individuals and groups. The program includes monthly one-on-one mentorship sessions, weekly group calls for integration and teaching support, and access to a private learning community. Students receive practitioner templates, facilitation tools, and structured teaching materials intended to support ethical transmission and responsible leadership rather than replication without understanding. Certification is awarded upon completion of required coursework, mentorship participation, and a practical facilitation assessment. This program is designed for those seeking a serious, paced, and relationship-based training that prioritizes safety, integrity, and sustainable impact.

Dr. Courtni Hale
Dr. Courtni “Starheart” Hale is the creator of the Finding the Force: Four Keys® System, a structured coaching and educational framework that integrates psychology, neuroscience, somatic regulation, symbolic mapping, and Indigenous-informed wisdom traditions. Her work emphasizes coaching first, structure first, helping students build clarity, emotional regulation, and internal coherence before engaging altered-state or ceremonial practices. This approach supports sustainable transformation grounded in daily life rather than peak experiences alone. Dr. Hale completed a seven-year residency in traditional Southwestern shamanic practices under Medicine Man Patricio Dominguez (featured in DMT: The Spirit Molecule). She was authorized to independently hold ceremony and certified in 2008 by the Church of the Spiritual Path, and is the founder of the Church of the Natural Law and the Medicine Retreats of Finding the Force. Academically, she is a National Merit Scholar who received a full scholarship to American University, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Latin American Studies & Culture and International Relations & Politics from the School of International Service (Class of 1997). She later pursued doctoral studies in Political Science at the University of Delaware. Across her teaching, Dr. Hale focuses on helping learners understand their internal patterns, develop nervous-system literacy, and apply practical tools for integration, coherence, and long-term personal alignment.

1. Embodied Mastery of the Four Keys Framework
In-depth training in Vision, Vehicle, Void, and Vortex as an integrated system rather than isolated concepts. Students learn how each Key presents in real clients, how imbalances show up behaviorally and somatically, and how to guide clients through the sequence in a grounded, ethical way.2. Diamond Island Diagnostic & Client Mapping
Advanced instruction in administering, interpreting, and applying the Diamond Island Diagnostic. Students learn how to identify primary and secondary directional patterns, recognize common client configurations, and translate diagnostic insight into clear session focus and long-term coaching plans.3. Archetypal & Directional Facilitation Skills
Training in working with animal archetypes and directional personality patterns as reflective tools. Emphasis is placed on helping clients recognize their own patterns without projection, labeling, or dependency, and on using symbolic language responsibly within coaching and group settings.4. Trauma-Informed Containers & Nervous System Safety
Practical guidance on building safe, regulated containers for one-on-one and group work. Covers pacing, consent, emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and how to recognize when a client needs stabilization, referral, or a shift in approach.5. Talking Stick Circles & Group Leadership
