This advanced, private facilitator training is a structured and in-depth immersion into working with Iboga within a safe, ethical, and highly controlled environment. The program includes a 12–14 day in-person training followed by a 6–12 week online integration and mentorship period, guiding participants from direct experience into grounded and responsible facilitation.
Iboga (Total Alkaloid) is a powerful, introspective medicine derived from the root bark of a West African shrub, traditionally used within Bwiti spiritual practices. This training acknowledges and honors the cultural and spiritual origins of Iboga while approaching the work with respect, responsibility, and integrity.
Iboga is known for its ability to bring forward deep pattern recognition, behavioral interruption, and nervous system recalibration. This training prepares participants to work with the intensity and duration of the Iboga experience by developing strong foundational skills in safety, presence, and structured support.
The program is guided by Marla B. Lindner’s direct training and experience, which includes instruction through a licensed paramedic, Beond Clinic coach, and integration coach, along with her background in Transformational Psychedelic Integration Coaching and years of dedicated study in bio-spiritual integration. This foundation supports a balanced approach that integrates safety awareness, structured facilitation, and ongoing integration practices.
The training focuses on client screening and readiness, medical and safety awareness, preparation protocols, and the ability to hold space through extended, often complex experiences. Participants learn to recognize physical, emotional, and psychological responses, maintain a stable and regulated environment, and support participants through deep internal processing. Emphasis is placed on integration, aftercare, and the facilitator’s responsibility in supporting long-term change.
Participants are also introduced to microdosing awareness (non-prescriptive), including how it may support integration and continued processing following an Iboga experience, with an emphasis on safety, responsibility, and individualized application.
As part of the immersion, participants are invited to sit in both Bufo (5-MeO-DMT) and Huachuma (San Pedro) ceremonies, providing a broader understanding of working across different states of consciousness and supporting a more complete facilitation perspective.
The program includes CPR certification and safety preparedness, reinforcing the importance of responsibility and readiness when working with this level of medicine.
Participants may have the opportunity to continue deepening their skills through apprenticeship-style
