Marla B. Lindner
Marla B. Lindner is a Sacred Medicine Practitioner and the founder of Bufo Healing Sanctuary in East Texas. Originally from Southern California, she spent 30 years in Minnesota before following a deeper calling that led her to build her sanctuary in the Piney Woods.
Her path into this work came through her own healing journey, where she experienced profound personal transformation through spiritual practices and sacred medicine. Today, she guides others in a grounded and supportive environment, with a strong focus on safety, integrity, and personal responsibility.
Marla brings both lived experience and formal training into her work, offering a steady, real-world approach for those seeking healing, growth, or a deeper connection to themselves.

During this live Zoom meeting, we will discuss: • The path of sacred medicine facilitation • What it means to hold safe, grounded ceremonial space • Preparation, screening, ethics, and integration walk through • The structure of our facilitator training program • Group ceremony facilitation and energetic awareness • The role of presence, responsibility, and spiritual integrity in this work • Retreat flow, accommodations, expectations, and daily rhythm • The medicines we work with, including Bufo Alvarius (5-MeO-DMT), Huachuma, and Iboga TA (Ibogaine) • Who this training is designed for and how to know if it is aligned for you • Questions, answers, and next steps for those interested in attending Our August Facilitator Immersion Retreat is a sacred experiential container for individuals who feel sincerely called to explore sacred medicine work more deeply. This retreat is not focused on intellectually “learning about” medicine alone — participants will be sitting with the medicines themselves within a safe, intentional, and supported ceremonial environment. For many, this may be their first experience working with sacred medicine. The retreat is designed to help individuals begin building a conscious relationship with the medicine, learn how it moves through the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, and explore whether this path truly feels aligned before stepping into deeper facilitator training. Participants will experience: • Sacred ceremony and immersion work • Ceremony setup and space awareness • Discovery calls and preparation walkthroughs • Prayer, intention setting, energetic awareness and Ascension Mechanics from Ancient Teachings • Integration practices and emotional processing • Nervous system awareness and grounding tools • Spiritual development, self-responsibility, and embodiment • Community connection, reflection, and nature immersion • Beginning a respectful relationship with the Spirit of the Toad Whether you are simply curious, seeking personal growth, feeling called to sit with medicine, or exploring the facilitator path more seriously, this live Zoom meeting is a beautiful opportunity to learn more and connect.
